THE BRIEF
Little Timber create a huge variety of custom laser cut and engraved items for events and home decor. As their product range is extensive, the focus was on creating a clear, user-friendly site with a well-categorised layout. A lot of time was also spent programming in product variations to make the ordering process as smooth as possible for customers, and at the same time streamline the order fulfillment process for Little Timber

Rachel shares: “This business has been a dream of mine for about a year. My vision is to create a beautiful space where people can relax, unwind, let go of the worries in their life and focus inward for an hour to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Hillarys Yoga Co. will provide local, inexpensive, inclusive and accessible Yoga for everyone.”
Her primary logo in simple and monochromatic, complemented by secondary brand colours that exude relaxed beach vibes with a shimmer of blush sunset.
Etchmaster creates beautifully complex pieces of art by laser-cutting intricate layers of wood. Trafford’s story really resonated with me, and creating a website for his intricate products (which were expertly photographed by Sundae Studio) was a dream. We discussed creating his homepage value propositiion (precision-cut art: inspired by nature, made from the heart, hand-crafted from wood) and naming his artwork in ways that resonate with customers, and created an eCommerce site that was crisp, clear and easy to navigate, while making the products centre stage. Trafford already had his logo, so we just made some very slight tweaks to streamline it and build a Style Guide around it.

Frankie Loves is a Perth-based small business baking handmade treats for the discerning dog. As the business grows, Esther needed an online store to bring her wholesome pup treats to the people.
This was such a fun project, featuring Frankie himself and amazing photos by AJ Harrington.
I have enjoyed a long association with the WA Youth Orchestras, having designed a wide variety of collateral for this inspiring organisation for over 10 years. In 2020 I had the opportunity to create a new website showcasing WAYO’s concerts, ensembles and long history. The project featured earthy jewel tones inspired by the Western Australian coastline, along with amazing imagery by Andrew Clarke, featuring the iconic Perth Concert Hall.
Jess is a Perth-based floral stylist who creates beautiful blooms for weddings and events, plus some gorgeous posy gifts. We used a pretty blush, sage and olive colour palette and tried to capture her love of using native Australian foliage with a nod to gum leaves in the logo.
Carinne started Kin Heim out of her love for beautiful yet functional items for baby, kids and home. We used the subtle leaf detail in her logo and added little botanical design details throughout the site, adding a touch of earthy whimsy to a clean and minimalist layout. The focus was on creating a site where the products themselves shine, and clearly categorised navigation makes the site easy to navigate.
